Ind. Code § 12-12.7-2-10

Election and terms of chairperson and vice chairperson

As added by P.L.93-2006, SEC.11. Amended by P.L.111-2020, SEC.4.
  1. (a) The council shall annually elect a chairperson and vice chairperson from within its membership.
  2. (b) A member of the council who is a representative of the division may not serve as chairperson or vice chairperson of the council.
  3. (c) A chairperson and vice chairperson may be reelected for succeeding terms.
