1. (a) Not later than September 1, 2022, the task force shall make recommendations to the legislative council regarding the creation of a report:

   1. (1) to be distributed by the bureau of developmental disabilities services to each authorized service provider; and

   2. (2) to provide to the authorized service provider the name of each direct support professional who has been the subject of a substantiated incident report.

      The recommendations must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .

2. (b) This section expires January 1, 2023.
