1. (a) Not later than September 1, 2022, the task force shall make recommendations to the legislative council regarding:

   1. (1) current trends related to health and safety requests for the community integration habilitation Medicaid waiver or any other service; and

   2. (2) the feasibility of the division establishing a pilot program to create special service review teams to assist families or individuals in a crisis situation to identify available resources and sources of assistance.

      The recommendations must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .

2. (b) This section expires January 1, 2024.
