Ind. Code § 12-11-13-1

Applicability

As added by P.L.272-1999, SEC.35. Amended by P.L.174-2025, SEC.31; P.L.243-2025, SEC.3.

  1. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), this chapter applies only to an individual who:

    1. (1) has a disability; and
    2. (2) receives services administered by the bureau.
  2. (b) This chapter does not apply to an individual served by the long term care ombudsman program established under IC 12-10-13 .
