Ind. Code § 12-10-13-19 – Annual report; distribution

(a) The office shall prepare a report each year on the operations of the office.
(b) A copy of the report shall be provided to the following:
1. (1) The governor.
2. (2) The general assembly. The report must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
3. (3) The division.
4. (4) The federal Commissioner on Aging.
5. (5) Each area agency on aging.
6. (6) The state department of health.
