Ind. Code § 11-10-4-1 – Definitions

(a) As used in this chapter, the terms used in IC 12-26 have the meanings set forth in IC 12-7-2.1 .
(b) As used in this chapter, "qualified medical personnel" has the meaning set out in IC 11-10-3-1 .
