- (a) A charter school, accredited nonpublic school, or school corporation shall apply for a grant from the department in the form and manner prescribed by the department.
- (b) The department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 , including emergency rules in the manner provided under IC 4-22-2-37.1 , to implement this section.
