The department may deny an incomplete application if all required documentation is not received within thirty
- (30) days after the date the applicant filed the application. If the thirty
- (30) day deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday under a state statute, the deadline for receiving the documentation shall be the next business day. The department shall return an incomplete application with a notation as to omissions. The return of an incomplete application shall be without prejudice.
