Sale of real estate; execution of deed

- (a) The purchaser of real property sold under this chapter or to whom real property is conveyed or otherwise disposed of under this chapter shall pay the purchase money as agreed upon to the state armory board for the use and benefit of the state armory board.
(b) The state armory board shall execute a deed of conveyance to the purchaser or the exchanging party after the purchaser or the exchanging party presents a form that is legally sufficient to memorialize and consummate the transaction and that is suitable for recording in the county upon which the property is located. The deed of conveyance shall be signed by the president of the state armory board and officially attested by the adjutant general.
