Ind. Code § 1-1-5.5-8 – P.L.3-1990 intended to correct repealed or incorrect citations in the Indiana Code; no effect on rights or liabilities accrued, penalties incurred, violations committed, or proceedings begun; refere

(a) P.L.3-1990 is intended to correct repealed or incorrect citations in the Indiana Code. P.L.3-1990 is not intended to change the effective date of any statute or otherwise result in any substantive change in the law.
(b) A SECTION of P.L.3-1990 does not affect any:
1. (1) rights or liabilities accrued;
2. (2) penalties incurred;
3. (3) violations committed; or
4. (4) proceedings begun;
  before March 13, 1990. Those rights, liabilities, penalties, offenses, and proceedings continue and shall be imposed and enforced under prior law as if P.L.3-1990 had not been enacted.
