1. (a) Each 9-1-1 Authority, as well as its answering points, shall ensure its public safety telecommunicators and public safety telecommunicator supervisors comply with the training, testing, and certification requirements established pursuant to Section 2605-53 of the Illinois State Police Law.
2. (b) Each 9-1-1 Authority, as well as its answering points, shall review the training records for its public safety telecommunicators and public safety telecommunicator supervisors to ensure that they are compliant with this Section and shall make the continuing education training records available for inspection by the Administrator upon request.
