1. a) The Department incorporates by reference 9 CFR 315 (2004).
2. b) References to 9 CFR 314 shall be interpreted to mean in accordance with Section 125.230.
3. c) When the product in the tank that has been passed for cooking does not consist of a carcass or whole primal part, the tank shall be sealed by the inspector.
