Meat and Poultry Inspection Act
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 2LL of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act [815 ILCS 505/2LL].DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
Nothing in this Part shall be construed to exempt any meat and/or poultry product from any of the provisions of the Meat and Poultry Inspection Act [225 ILCS 650] that may be applicable.
