351—4.12(68A,68B) Exemption from reporting requirement—reports due within five days of one another.

When two disclosure reports are due from the same committee within five days of each other, the activity may be combined into one report. A committee choosing this option shall file a report on or before the second due date that covers the extended reporting period.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 68A.402.
