The correctional facility at Mount Pleasant shall be utilized as a medium security facility for men primarily for treatment of inmates who exhibit treatable personality disorders, with or without accompanying history of drug or alcohol abuse. Such inmates may apply for and upon their application may be selected for treatment by the staff of the treatment facility at Mount Pleasant in accordance with section 904.503.
