District advisory board — expenses reimbursed

1. A district advisory board is established for each district department, which shall serve in an advisory capacity to a district director without compensation, and shall be composed as follows:
- a. One member shall be appointed annually by a district director from the board of supervisors of each county in the judicial district.
- b. The district director shall on or before December 31 appoint two citizen members to serve on the district advisory board for the following calendar year.
- 2. The district advisory board shall meet as necessary.
- 3. The members of the district advisory board shall be reimbursed from funds of the district department for travel and other expenses necessarily incurred in attending meetings.
