Each claim posted to the mechanics’ notice and lien registry internet site shall be properly indexed and shall contain the following items:

1. 1. The name of the person by whom posted.
2. 2. The date and hour of posting.
3. 3. The amount thereof.
4. 4. The name of the person against whom posted.
5. 5. The legal description that adequately describes the property to be charged with the lien.
6. 6. The tax parcel identification number of the property to be charged.
7. 7. The address of the property or a description of the location of the property if the property cannot be reasonably identified by an address.
