As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. 1. “Animal feeding operation” means the same as defined in section 459.102.
2. 2. “Farm tenancy” means a leasehold interest in land held by a person who produces crops or provides for the care and feeding of livestock on the land, including by grazing or supplying feed to the livestock.
3. 3. “Livestock” means the same as defined in section 717.1.
