- 1. The secretary of state shall collect the following fees, as provided by the secretary of state, when the documents described in this subsection are delivered for filing: DOCUMENTFEE a.Articles of incorporation$__ b.Application for use of indistinguishable name$__ c.Application for reserved name$__ d.Notice of transfer of reserved name$__ e.Application for registered name$__ f.Application for renewal of registered name$__ g.Corporation’s statement of change of registered agent or registered office or both$__ h.Agent’s statement of change of registered office for each affected corporation not to exceed a total of$__ i.Agent’s statement of resignationNo fee j.Amendment of articles of incorporation$__ k.Restatement of articles of incorporation with amendments$__ l.Articles of merger$__ m.Articles of dissolution$__ n.Articles of revocation of dissolution$__ o.Certificate of administrative dissolution$__ p.Application for reinstatement following administrative dissolution$__ q.Certificate of reinstatementNo fee r.Certificate of judicial dissolutionNo fee s.Application for certificate of authority$__ t.Application for amended certificate of authority$__ u.Application for certificate of withdrawal$__ v.Certificate of revocation of authority to transact businessNo fee w.Biennial report$__ x.Articles of correction$__ y.Application for certificate of existence or authorization$__ z.Any other document required or permitted to be filed by this chapter$__
- 2. The secretary of state shall collect a fee upon being served with process under this chapter. The party to a proceeding causing service of process is entitled to recover the fee paid the secretary of state as costs if the party prevails in the proceeding.
- 3. The secretary of state shall collect fees for copying and certifying the copy of any filed document relating to a domestic or foreign corporation.
