A registered foreign corporation shall sign and deliver to the secretary of state for filing an amendment to its foreign registration statement if there is a change in any of the following:

1. 1. Its name or alternate name.
2. 2. Its jurisdiction of formation, unless its registration is deemed to have been withdrawn under section 490.1508 or transferred under section 490.1510.
3. 3. An address required by section 490.1503, subsection 1, paragraph “c”.
