The commission shall include in its annual report required under sections 7A.1 and 7A.10 among other matters, to the extent such regulation is conferred upon the commission by this chapter, the following:

1. 1. A complete financial report of receipts and expenditures, including list of public utilities and separately the amount of total fees and assessments paid by each.
2. 2. A list of the applications, subject and disposition of each docket number under this chapter, including commission fees for such docket assessed by the commission.
