1. 1. The property assessment appeal board may adopt rules establishing requirements for notices of voluntary settlements in appeals before the board to be served upon affected taxing districts.
2. 2. A voluntary court settlement of an assessment appeal shall not be valid unless written notice of the settlement shall first be served upon each of the affected taxing districts.
