1. 1. All moneys received by the department pursuant to sections 328.21 and 328.29 shall be deposited into the state aviation fund created in section 328.56.
2. 2. Notwithstanding subsection 1, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007, and ending June 30, 2008, fifty percent of the moneys collected under section 328.21 shall be deposited in the state aviation fund in section 328.56 and fifty percent shall be deposited in the general fund of the state.
