1. 1. There is appropriated from the general fund of the state to the commission for each fiscal year the sum of forty-six million six hundred thirty thousand nine hundred fifty-one dollars for tuition grants to qualified students who are enrolled in accredited private institutions.
2. 2. There is appropriated from the general fund of the state to the commission for each fiscal year the sum of one million five hundred thousand dollars for tuition grants for qualified students who are enrolled in eligible institutions.
3. 3. There is appropriated from the general fund of the state to the commission for each fiscal year the sum of one million seven hundred fifty thousand one hundred eighty-five dollars for vocational-technical tuition grants.
4. 4. This section shall not be construed to be a limitation on any of the amounts which may be appropriated by the general assembly for any program enumerated in this section.
