Iowa Code § 225.7

Classes of patients

Patients admitted to the said state psychiatric hospital shall be divided into four classes:

  1. 1. Voluntary private patients.
  2. 2. Committed private patients.
  3. 3. Voluntary public patients.
  4. 4. Committed public patients.
