1. 1. Every person, partnership, or corporation engaged in the business of buying poultry or domestic fowls for the market from the producer, shall obtain a license from the department for each establishment at which business is conducted.
2. 2. The word “producer” as used in this chapter shall include anyone not a licensed dealer who has acquired such poultry or domestic fowls other than through a licensed dealer.
