Scope of chapter

This chapter shall not be construed to include the following classes:
- 1. Merchants or dealers who sell glasses as merchandise in an established place of business and who do not profess to be optometrists or practice optometry as described in this chapter.
- 2. Licensed physicians and surgeons.
