Seasonal, fourteen-day, and five-day licenses — fees

- a. The administrator may issue eight-month seasonal class “C”, special class “C”, class “D”, and class “F” retail alcohol licenses.
- b. The fee for an eight-month seasonal license issued pursuant to this subsection shall be fifty percent of the license fee for that class of license.

- a. The administrator may issue fourteen-day class “C”, special class “C”, class “D”, and class “F” retail alcohol licenses.
- b. A fourteen-day retail alcohol license, if granted, is valid for fourteen consecutive days.
- c. The fee for a fourteen-day retail alcohol license is one-quarter of the annual fee for that class of retail alcohol license.

- a. The administrator may issue five-day class “C”, special class “C”, class “D”, and class “F” retail alcohol licenses.
- b. A five-day retail alcohol license is valid for five consecutive days.
- c. The fee for the five-day retail alcohol license is one-eighth of the annual fee for that class of license or permit.
- 4. A refund of fees paid shall not be made for seasonal licenses, or for fourteen-day or five-day retail alcohol licenses. In addition, a seasonal, fourteen-day, or five-day license shall not be renewed.
