It is a simple misdemeanor for any corporation, common carrier, person, or any agent or employee thereof:

1. 1. To deliver any alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer to any person other than to the consignee.
2. 2. To deliver any alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer without having the same properly recorded as provided in section 123.103.
3. 3. To deliver any alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer where there is reasonable ground to believe that such alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer is intended for unlawful use.
