- 1. Any person who violates the provisions of section 101A.2, subsection 4, or section 101A.3, subsection 4, commits a public offense and, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a class “C” felony.
- 2. Any person who violates the provisions of section 101A.6, 101A.8 or 101A.9 or any of the rules adopted by the director pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, commits a simple misdemeanor.
