For purposes of this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. 1. “Authority” means the economic development authority created in section 15.105.
2. 2. “Commission” means the Iowa commission on volunteer service created in section 15H.2.
3. 3. “Director” means the director of the authority.
