- (a) Functional plans shall be prepared to further define and implement statewide goals, objectives, policies, and priority guidelines contained in this chapter.
- (b) Functional plans shall be prepared and revised in accordance with guidelines developed by the office of planning and sustainable development.
- (c) The governor shall transmit approved state functional plans to the legislature for its information.
