Rule 770-1-.04. Order of Business

The order of business shall be as follows: (a) the Chairperson shall call the meeting to order; or if the Chairperson is not present the quorum council shall choose a temporary chairperson from the attendees to conduct the meeting; (b) quorum check, four (4) members shall constitute a quorum; (c) approval of minutes of previous meeting; (d) correspondence; (e) reports of Director including inspections and enforcement actions; (f) reports of committees; (g) unfinished business; (h) new business; (i) consideration of applications for approval and licensing report; (j) announcements; (k) adjournment.
