Rule 770-1-.03. Meetings

(1) The Council shall meet at least three (3) times a year to carry out regular business. (2) The Chairperson or the Director may call additional regular or special meetings as necessary. (3) Notice of the meeting shall be given to all members of the Council at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the meeting. (4) Notice to the public shall be made in accordance with the requirements of the Georgia Open Meetings Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1 et seq. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 770-1-.03
