Rule 750-9-.01. Fees and Returned Checks

(1) A schedule of fees, as established by the Board, shall be published on the Board's website. The schedule of fees may be amended periodically. (2) An indebtedness to the Board caused by a returned check will be dealt with in accordance with Code Section 16-9-20 of the Criminal Code of Georgia. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 750-9-.01
