Rule 700-14-.04. Restrictions

1. (1) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to permit a veterinary technician to do the following:

   1. (a) Make any diagnosis or prognosis;
   2. (b) Prescribe any treatments, drugs, medications, or appliances;
   3. (c) Perform surgery; or
   4. (d) Administer a rabies vaccine to any official vaccinate.
