Rule 681-14-.08. Category "D" Crimes

The period of sanction for category "D" crimes shall be three (3) years. Category "D" crimes include all felonies not included in categories "A","B", or "C". Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 681-14-.08
