1. (1) The Conservation Commission establishes its regular scheduled monthly meeting to be on the third Thursday of each month, at 8:00 a.m., at the Conservation Commission's headquarters office, presently located at 4310 Lexington Road, Athens, Georgia 30603 or such other location established by the Conservation Commission; provided, however, that the Chairman of the Conservation Commission, with due notice to Commission Members and the general public, may postpone or re-schedule such regular meeting on an as needed basis to accommodate the needs of the Commission or the general public.
2. (2) The Conservation Commission may also schedule special meetings in addition to its regular meetings provided in (1) above due notice is given to Commission Members and the general public.
3. (3) The meetings of the Conservation Commission are open and any person or group of persons may appear before the Conservation Commission at any of its regular meetings.
