Rule 570-1-.02. General Definitions

The following definitions shall apply generally to all rules and regulations of the Department of Public Safety.

1. (a) "Board" shall mean the Board of Public Safety of the State of Georgia.
2. (b) "Commissioner" shall mean the Commissioner of Public Safety of the State of Georgia.
3. (c) "Department" shall mean the Department of Public Safety of the State of Georgia.
