Rule 560-2-5-.03. Carriers: Bills of Lading

1. (1) Every Carrier transporting Alcoholic Beverages into Georgia shall submit bills of lading to the Commissioner covering all such shipments.
2. (2) Bills of lading shall be filed monthly on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month subsequent to the month of shipment along with Form ATT-148.
