Rule 560-2-11-.04. Regional Economic Assistance Projects (REAPs)

1. (1) Once a Regional Economic Assistance Project (REAP) has received certification through the Department of Community Affairs, all licensing requirements under these regulations must be satisfied in order to obtain a license to sell Alcoholic Beverages.
2. (2) In addition to providing all licensing information as required under these regulations, the applicant shall send the Department a copy of the certification received from the Department of Community Affairs.
