Rule 560-10-30-.19. Assembled Vehicles - Issuance of an "Assembled" Certificate of Title

1. (1) Upon receipt and approval of an application for an assembled certificate of title, the Department shall issue a title with the brand"ASSEMBLED" as the legend on the title.
2. (2) Upon receipt and approval of an application for an assembled certificate of title from a Small Volume Manufacturer, the Department shall issue a title with the brand "SMALL VOLUME MANUFACTURER" as the legend on the certificate of title.
