Rule 560-10-30-.14. Issuance of Manufacturer License Plates

1. (1) For the purposes of this Regulation, "Place of Business" shall mean a Manufacturer that assembles or constructs motor vehicles, in whole or in part, and who maintains an assembly facility in the state of Georgia.

2. (2) In order to be issued a manufacturer license plate a Manufacturer shall provide to the Department:

   1. (a) Proof that such Manufacturer maintains a Place of Business in Georgia;
   2. (b) The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) number of the Manufacturer's motor vehicle that the manufacturer plate will be attached to;
   3. (c) The name and address of the individual that will be operating the vehicle with the manufacturer license plate;
   4. (d) The manner of use of the motor vehicle for which the manufacturing license plate is being issued.
