Rule 539-1-.22. Maintenance of Records

Copies of appraisals and other records which appraisers are required by law and the Board's rules to maintain may be maintained in any records storage system that utilizes paper, film, electronic, or other media provided that:

1. (a) the appraiser can produce true and correct copies of such documents and records and
2. (b) copies of such documents and records can be made available to an authorized representative of the Board upon reasonable request and at reasonable cost to the Board.
