Rule 520-5-.05. Commission Action on Proposal

1. (1) The Commission shall act on all proposals within sixty days of receipt of a written original or amended proposal and shall notify the applicant in writing of:

   1. (a) the terms of acceptance of the proposal;
   2. (b) the reason or reasons for rejection of the proposal; or
   3. (c) any further information needed to accept or reject the proposal.
2. (2) Decisions of acceptance and rejection by the Commission shall be final.
