Rule 52-6-.01. Fees

The following fees are hereby established:

1. (a) To file an application for a license or certification-$100; (Temporary license fee shall be $50)
2. (b) To file an application for a license or certification by reciprocity-$100;
3. (c) To obtain a duplicate copy of licenses or certification-$10;
4. (d) To file an application for a renewal of a license or certification-$100.
