Rule 515-3-4-.12. Amendments to Rules and Severability

1. (1) These Rules may be amended at any time by the Commission as provided for by the Administrative Procedures Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-13-4; and
2. (2) If any provision of this Chapter of the Rules is held invalid, the Commission intends that such invalidity not effect the remaining provisions to the extent that they can be given effect.
