Rule 513-5-1-.56. Average Salary Computation - Breaks in Service and Effect on Increase Limitations

In determining the 2 year average salary of a member who has had breaks in service after 1984, salary increase limitations are to be applied cumulatively as set by the Board of Trustees during the entire period involved. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 513-5-1-.56
