Rule 513-5-1-.40. Study Leave Credit - Establishment

(1) Credit may be established if the member was registered for dissertation on at least a one-half time basis and not otherwise employed. (2) If a member became a graduate assistant or teaching assistant during a period of study leave and wishes to establish credit for the period, the period must be established as study leave if otherwise allowable.
