Rule 511-5-6-.03. Screenings Required for Children Entering School

1. (1) The following screenings shall be required for each child and reported on the Certificate: vision, hearing, dental, and nutrition.
2. (2) For purposes of the nutrition screening,"Body Mass Index" calculations shall be made using the current formula published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
